- The ‘Introductory Offer’ does not need to be taken up on your first visit at the studio and can be used at any time, but can only be used once per person.
- All of our ’10 Class Passes’ have a 365 day expiry. Please note: the 10 class pass cannot be used for the open community classes, they are only valid for the regular classes, which cost $20 for drop in. There is a separate 10 class pass you can purchase specifically for the community classes.
- On the ’1 Month Unlimited Yoga Pass’ there are no holds or suspensions and it lasts for 30 days.
- On the ’6 Months of Unlimited Yoga Pass’ you can hold/suspend your pass only once for up to 4 weeks, please note 2 weeks notice is required for this.

Barre classes are an infusion of Pilates, Ballet and Aerobics and are a great complimentary practice to Yoga as it will challenge you in different ways and areas to Yoga.
Beginner’s Eight Week Course:
Yoga is a wonderful, holistic practice, but unfortunately the only practice that allows us to decide for ourselves which level of class to attend. For most of us if we are slightly flexible or strong we will very quickly find ourselves in an advanced class, before we are fully aware of the proper foundations of yoga, body alignment and correct breathing techniques, making us more prone to injury.
This course will shed light on these very important elements and will enable you to choose wisely which class to attend and how to modify each practice in order to meet your needs and better protect yourselves.
*If you have never practiced yoga before, we recommend that you take the eight week beginner’s course before you begin drop-in classes.
Community / Open Lunch Time Class:
We are taking yoga to the people in this one-hour yoga class taught by our experienced Sukha Mukha teachers at a discounted rate so everyone can get their yoga fix.
This is an open level class suitable for all levels of practice.
Chakra 7 week course:
Join Patty Kikos for this 7 Week Chakra Balance Course using Kundalini Yoga and Energy Healing. Each week will focus on each chakra’s corresponding gland and we will tap into the sacred channels of healing. This course is by enrolment only and the cost is $110. Gentle Flow, Yin & Meditation:
This class will start with a gentle flow practice to lubricate your joints. Then we will take our practice down a notch with a yin practice – long hold poses that work with breath and release body tension and stress. Every week, we’ll explore different meditation styles to conclude the practice. It’s the perfect way to begin you week with balance and focus.
Kids yoga promotes inner strength, self-esteem, improved concentration and healthy bodies. Our kids yoga classes will explore each students natural ability to open their mind, body and heart. It is a wonderful way to introduce your child to a healthy lifelong activity in a fun and non-competitive environment.
In these classes you will practice mindfulness meditations to relax and develop awareness, presence and concentration. Experience simple visualisation meditation to enhance peace of mind and relaxation, and gain insight and inspiration for yourself.
You will learn how to integrate the principle, skills, tools & techniques of mindfulness into your daily life. Learn to maintain energy, manage stress and develop greater contentment. And you will see how you can create a calm yet focused mind that will enrich your experience. Each class is inspiring and rewarding, no experience is necessary. Whether you are new to meditation or trained, Marissa draws on many disciplines and theories to help you find your way of meditating to bring you the experience you seek.
A heart-warming yoga flow suitable for all levels of practice. Your devoted teacher will guide you through the practice and offer alternative postures for a variety of levels.
The Pilates Method is designed to target the core and the stabilizing muscles around the pelvis, spine and shoulders, and will help you develop stronger core and more stabilized posture.
A wonderful complimentary practice to the practice of Yoga.
Pranayama and Meditation:
Join Kamala in this one hour most inspiring class as she guides us through Pranayama (breathing) techniques and leads us into a Meditation practice. It is a true privilege to learn from such an experienced teacher and to be inspired by the wisdom and presence of the ancient Gurus that accompany Kamala.
Practicing in silence can help us to focus our attention further inwards and find a different connection with our mind and bodies. Without the distraction of outside stimulus such as music, we open ourselves up to a deeper practice. To allow you to explore this, we will now be offering some Quiet classes as well as our regular ones. We will play NO music in 4 of our scheduled classes – these will be:
Tuesdays 12:00pm Open Community and Wednesdays 8:00am Gentle flow and Yin
So come along and give it a try! Find the inner strength to quieten the mind and really be present on your mat. If we can learn to truly be with ourselves during our practice then we can begin to bring this into our everyday lives as well.
Restorative Yoga is the yoga of deep, conscious relaxation. It is the Yoga of ‘Being’, rather than the Yoga of ‘Doing’. Using as many props as necessary, this type of practice allows your muscles, ligaments and organs to relax on a much deeper level and by doing so to restore Prana, energy, life force. As your body finds the shape of the posture and melts into place your nervous system switches to calmness and a deep inner healing mode. This type of practice is extremely important and valuable to all people who live in modern society. It’s complementary to a strong Yoga practice and is suitable for all levels and all ages.
In this class we will bring new awareness to your practice by exploring the yoga poses focusing on alignment principles, the bandhas & the breath in a fun and playful way. The ‘Yoga Lab’ blends inspiring philosophy with a creative and challenging practice leaving you inspired. This class is suited for beginners to advanced yoga practitioners and is a regular priced drop in class.
One-on-One classes are a great way to deepen your practice. Whether you are new to yoga and want to learn the foundations before you enter a class room filled with students or whether you have been practicing for a while and want to deepen your practice in a way that is tailored to you, a private session can give you all of this and help you connect with a teacher and with yourself
Duets and Private groups are available as well
Prices for privates range from $80-$120 per hour
