This is our 22nd year of yoga teacher training. Led by Idit Hefer Tamir, the founder and director of teacher training, with a team of expert teachers, our training is designed to deeply explore the philosophy and physiology of yoga, as well as the practical aspects of teaching Asana, Pranayama, and the essence of Yoga as a lifestyle, both on and off the mat. This is an open invitation to ANYONE who benefited from yoga and would like to take a deeper dive into the knowledge, techniques and wisdom that Yoga has to offer.
